Eligibility to Participate

Junior High Program

Participation on either the football team or cheering squad is open to both boys and girls. To participate as a member of the Junior High program, you must meet these criteria:

FOOTBALL

Attend a S.A.D. #60 school or have permanent residence in the area covered by S.A.D #60
Not turn 15 years of age before the first day of practice for the current year
Must be in grade 8 or below

CHEERING

Attend a S.A.D. #60 school or have permanent residence in the area covered by S.A.D #60
Not turn 15 years of age before the first day of practice for the current year
Must be in grade 8 or below

NOTE: The rules of the SMYFL shall override the above eligibility requirements whenever the SMYFL eligibility rules are more restrictive than those set forth by the Noble Squires.
